Patrick provided a reasonable quote, and responded quickly once I shortlisted. He was very professional, polite and had excellent communication throughout. He checked with me before making any adjustments and made me aware of any issues to ensure I was fine with it. He did an excellent job installling the door, put down a cover to stop the carpet getting dirty when going up the stairs, and also cleaned up. Would highly recommend!!

Very intealiable always something happening to delay him. Absolutely terrible cuts on the LVT broke my uovc trim on the doors was supposed to come back to complete on Sunday but he messaged at 2.27am to say that wasn’t happening due to “ingesting toxic fluids!” Don’t use this guy terrible work ethics whilst he was here was constantly in the phone left a gap in the flirting and never completed. Never heard from him again.

Julian came very soon after the doors had arrived and fitted them quickly and to a high standard. He dealt extremely well with the challenge of fitting new doors into old door frames that weren't straight and he helped me choose the correct hinges. He also dealt with the fact that the new doors are extremely heavy fire doors that are difficult to handle. And he even provided support in ensuring the colour of unfinished new doors will match the old door frames. He is polite, friendly and efficient. I can recommend him highly.
