Rohimul came to install some herringbone flooring for us. The quality of work was outstanding and in no way was compromised whatsoever. The experience that was showing during installation was nothing to be questioned. Arrived on time, communication prior to arrival was excellent too. Kept me updated all the way through. Thanks! Hi there, i’ve been a Plumber and Painter for approximately 11 years now, without sounding big headed i believe i am of high quality standard when it comes to plumbing. I’ve worked for a few big Plumbing companies which was great for the experience etc, however for the past 6 years i’ve gone self employed. What i also do differently to others, is that i offer ofcourse a personal guarantee with my plumbing works ofcourse not that that i hardly have to come back to repair but sometimes occasionally there could be manufacturers faults with either appliances an fittings, but for peace of mind i give 1 year with my jobs. My job experiences an history ranges from small plumbing repair new install works for landlords, tenants and Estate agents, to Private Clients wanting me to 1st, 2nd to 3rd fixing new plumbing installations of baths, sinks luxury taps relocations of plumbing works etc. I am very trustworthy, reliable, honest tradesman as i like to give myself a good name. I am fully vetted with a clean record for peace of mind. I started Plumbing since i was 22, i am very good at my job, i also specialise in Painting also and we take of Cleaning duties also. I complete my jobs very honestly and keeping disruptions to a minimum as i am very mindful of my working environment. I’m experienced working in all sorts of buildings such as work offices, Coumcil properties Schools, Prisons, Hospitals to different sized houses. I work in a very clean and efficient manner, if i damage anything i ofcourse hold my hands i wear shoe coverings when entering buildings, if property keys are given to me for jobs i still knock on doors before entering just in case anyone is home.

I cannot recommend Dean highly enough - he did an excellent job refitting our bathroom - the work that he did is of a very high quality with an exceptional level of attention to detail. Dean stripped out the entire bathroom and replaced it with a new suite, blocked up a door, installed all the fittings, tiled and built a bespoke cabinet. His tiling, in particular, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and his communication was top notch - he checked all decisions and made sure we were happy with his plans. He left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was very transparent on pricing and dealt with a couple of extra requests as well. We'd recommend him to all of our friends. If only we had a second bathroom for him to do....

We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.
