The workmanship was better than anything I could have expected. Andy took care of pretty much everything, arranging quotes etc. He went above and beyond continuously to make sure everything was perfect. There is no doubt on my next project i will be using Andy. If you need a refurb doing correctly this is your man. Just to add some numbers in for you. Bought at 52k Expecting 90k once done Expected rent 550 Valued at 110k to 120k Rental figure of 675 The increase is because of Andys workmanship but also his knowledge of what will increase value. This has enabled us to take all our money out. I would never use anyone else

Tom completed the install of a small, half finished Ikea kitchen, which two tradesmen before him couldn't/wouldn't do and at short notice. It is all in good working order today, and I'm especially pleased with the intergrated dishwasher door he installed, as with a new baby, having a dishwasher for the first time is so useful! I really like our Ikea Kitchen but if you live in Hull, be prepared to find it hard to get a tradesman to install it for you! Before Tom it was such a stress but he was polite and professional. We did ask for a quote for providing and installing a fence and doing some pointing for our back yard after this but after an email reminder request to Tom, I did not hear back. Not sure if Tom didn't want the job, was too busy, or what but we are still looking for someone to help install a new fence a couple of months on.

Kai and his team were brilliant. I needed a space leaving as my car charger was being fitted and he did this and then came back a few weeks later to finish the job. He communicated well and left the place clean and tidy. I needed a carpet fitting too and Kai recommended a carpet fitter who was also great. I would certainly use KM flooring again.
