We engaged Gavin for a garage design that was not as straightforward as it seemed, Gavin came to the rescue and very swiftly produced the design in the correct format and submitted it to planning, he is now liaising with the planning department on our behalf. His fees are very competitive and his work is highly professional. We liked his unpretentious manner, he is a good listener and gave us some helpful suggestions. He is punctual, courteous and super speedy with his work and communications. I would not hesitate to engage him again should we ever need an architect in the future.

We were nervous about using a trades person that we didn't know or who had not been recommended to us. This was our first time using MyBuilder. We got 3 quotes from different builders and we chose this builder as he was so approachable and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He also sent us pictures of previous jobs pre/during/post work which made us feel better. They provided a contract and we were to pay in installments at different stages over the job. This made us feel more confident that we were not going to be ripped off. We also received a receipt and guarantee. Owen and Danny are great friendly guys. They were very hard working in the worst of weather conditions. They certainly knew what they were doing. They kept us informed every step of the way. We can't recommend these guys enough. They have done a fantastic job.
