AK was very professional and helpful. Came in and flexed their other jobs to fit the flooring in my home. When encountering any issues they were more than willing to offer reasonings for certain aspects of the job and the final product is spotless! Also could have easily just done the job quickly and got out of there with some quick easy money however made it clear that their aim is to provide the best customer service possible alongside ensuring their customers receive the best quality work in the area. Erikas recently completed work on our cottage in the Forest of Dean. He coordinated work on what was a very difficult site in terms of access. He had a very positive approach at all times and the quality of his work was first rate. Much of the work we did was exposed structural oak framing and decking. He managed all the trades in a timely way and anticipated potential problems ahead of time. The results look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others.
