cost me £3000 for finishing all my basement and first floor. use self-levelling to levelling all my flooring. keep saying my basement flooring are shit. I don't even bother post the basement photo, cause I didn't even expect they can do how good it is.. I post lots of kitchen safety vinyl and laminate shop front pic.. hopefully everyone can see how bad the job they do, they was promised will be prefect job. but its not. Vinyl line are so bad finishing, laminate are waving when you step on.all the martial are cheap stuff, not even put underlay for me, use very cheap parcel wrap inside, and the metal edge are banded . not fitting the beading. not worth my £3000 for sure.. very bad finishing. I have to rip everything out and ask some other people come to do the job again.. please find the right people to do the right thing..

I spoke with Nathan and he seemed very positive and we arranged a day for him to come to do the job. He asked me to send some pictures of the work prior to him coming which I sent through to him but did not get a reply. I messaged a further 2 times to confirm if he was coming or not and he ignored my messages and did not come at the agreed time. I really needed this job doing quickly and waited because he was meant to come, so 1 week later I still need the job completing. Very disappointing.
