Tom was friendly and professional from start to finish, he worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed on time within budget and to a high standard. Tom provided us with helpful advice throughout the renovation, to ensure we ended up with the best overall result at the best price and went the extra mile with finishing touches that we wouldn't have considered when getting quotes. As we were not currently living in the property he kept us up to date and informed with daily progress messages and photos, Tom took the stress out of the renovation by dealing with any issues encountered quickly and without complaint. Bill came round, very friendly!! he got up on the roof and had a look and said the felt was all torn and ripped across the house. We agreed a price and Bill said he could do the job tomorrow (weather permiting!!) Bill showed up and waited on the drive till the rain stopped and started work, all work complete to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy, he took some before & after shots and sent them over to me so I could see work done.
