Thomas is great. We can not fault him at all. We are so happy with the work he has done. He is punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. When he found issues from previous cowboy builders he took the time to fix them, instead of just covering them up. He was also pretty much spot on with the material costs, which makes me wonder how much others who quoted were making on top. Furthermore he carried out other small jobs in other rooms at a very reasonable price which included finding the source of a leak under the bath in the main bathroom, changing the toilet in the main bathroom, repositioning and altering some draws in our built-in-wardrobe and building a shelf in the basement. He also advised us on the potential cause of damp and explained the work that needed carrying out to fix this issue. We cannot thank Thomas enough for the work he has done for us. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Besart replaced 30 sq metres of water-damaged laminate flooring in our apartment. He came promptly and removed the old flooring, replacing with new over a weekend. Tiling bathroom wall uneven walls ,removing tiles from bathroom floor ,putting in underfloor heating and retiling. Removing and replacing toilet pan. Installing a new extraction fan in bathroom . Great communicator ,explains what he is doing every step of the way ,extremely polite ,great attention to detail takes great care not to damage existing property ,unlike so many builders . Very skilled and knows what he is doing. More than happy with work done so far ,would highly recommend . I would gladly have him do other jobs needing doing .
