Arben was amazing. Polite, respectful and fully understood the brief. We’d asked him to do some remedial work where other builders had previously messed up many years ago. The job was not easy and required a lot of innovative thinking as well as a full understanding of the issue. Yet Arben managed to persevere, maintain the original aesthetics and design and STILL save money from what was originally quoted. Can’t fault the guy’s honestly and transparency. Also did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy both during and after the job. Would highly recommend.

Really great guy who did a superb job. We supplied the flooring and his initial quote and guess of how long the job turned out to be a bit optimistic (not his fault - the flooring had been in storage a while and was hard to lay.) Nonetheless he was going to honor the original quote (itself very reasonable) though we insisted he take a bit more since he had to come back a second day and instead of a day the whole job took more than half a day more. He is polite, positive, and clearly something of a perfectionist...he relaid one of the boards on the second day because of an imperfection which we hadn't even noticed.Communication was always good and he turned up when he said he would - even when he had to return to complete the job. Based on my experience I would recommend him enthusiastically.
