We hired Ricardo to do the flooring as well as the painting, as promised he turned up each day on time and did the floor and painting, the issue is the job is not completely finished, the paint needs more coats as well as the detailing is slapdash, the cutting in is poor in many areas. His assistant was very messy and left mess everywhere on outside of the house as well as inside, the assistant damaged our blinds with paint and we received no compensation, the assistant also used our 2 year old daughters princess face flannel to clean his paint brushes and scrub the floor...when confronted about it , he said he never used it even though the flannel smells of turps...again no compensation. The assistant washed the paint in our bath with our brand new shower and now the paint won’t come off the shower head. Ricardo was due to return to complete the works but Once we paid him, He was long gone, he then says his family had covid death so can’t work at present but he is still Working on other projects leaving us high and dry. The stairs are also not finished, this is a shame because Once he got paid he vanished. Our correspondence has been totally ignored so I Spoke to him via private number and he said he will organise someone to finish the job - still waiting. I explained I will have no choice but to leave this feedback .

An honest, clean, hardworking tradesman. I had Martin in to remove a water damaged subfloor and I'm very happy with the work he did. He completed the work to a high standard and left the place spotless afterwards. He also gave me some advice on additional damage the leak had caused. I would definitely recommend him, and I already have booked him for another job later this month.

Michal sanded our dinning room floor and simply put - he was outstanding. Above and beyond being punctual and professional, he’s clearly a true expert in his craft and has great attention to detail; I will say that my Mrs is very hard to impress and she was absolutely delighted with the finish. Michal really brought our old Victorian floorboards back to life, removes all stains and imperfections and left the floor looking stunning with a walnut stain. I will be getting Michal to work on all of my floors going forward, and would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation - you won’t be disappointed. Michal thanks again.
