After a successful first experience with Cosmin (originally this was a 5-star review), we confidently booked him for a second job. Unfortunately, this time he demonstrated a complete lack of reliability and professionalism. On the very morning the work was scheduled, Cosmin abruptly cancelled, claiming he had only just now checked the distance (was told to him last week) and decided it was too far for him to travel, something that should have been confirmed well in advance. This left us in an incredibly difficult position, scrambling to find a replacement on the same day, as per his unrealistic suggestion. This last-minute cancellation caused major disruption not only to us, but more importantly to our customer, whose project timeline has now been severely impacted. It’s clear from this experience that Cosmin is not someone you can depend on. His disregard for professional commitments and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable. We will absolutely not be working with him again.
