I feel Jordan is expensive and not happy with the monies which he charged me. He made out as if it would take longer to do the job but it didnt. I also had to call him back to remedy what he had done. He did make a nice cabinet though but over charged. Bit greedy.

Mike was communicative, quick to respond, prompt and punctual. I posted the job on Saturday, he quoted on Sunday and completed the job on Monday. He was polite and courteous in my home and demonstrated the work he’d done in a helpful and unhurried way. On this occasion it was an odd-job (fitting tricky concealed Velux blinds on 3 windows) but I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for any other larger tasks or decorating etc. His rate was very reasonable and he demonstrated through his quote that he’d given thought to how long it would take. 5 stars!

Chris and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He responded to my post quickly, met with me to provide a quote within a couple of days, and was competitively priced compared to others I spoke with. He was un-phased by a last min complication, which meant he and Harvey ended up having to lay nearly 12’000 individual bamboo parquet tiles in a herringbone pattern, rather than the standard planks we had expected. Not only did they breeze the extra work while all my other insurance contractors were moaning and fussing about it, but the finished floor looks absolutely stunning, right down to the placement of the tiles to flow seamlessly between the rooms in the apartment. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, always responded to calls and messages, and put themselves out to work around me and my daughter when needed. I cannot recommend Chris, and Ignis Flooring, highly enough. Thank you again, Chris and Harvey, for all your amazing work and professionalism in a really challenging situation.
