He provided me with samples to pick from and didn’t rush me at all when choosing the style i’m happy with. His communication is spot on, he always gives me updates and helped me with suggestions on which direction the herringbone will face. After the job was finished, the floor looked very neat and tidy. Originally it was agreed to lift and prep on the Thursday and Friday and put the new floor down on Monday and Tuesday. However he turned up on the Friday to lift the old floor. He came on the Monday to prep, bit due to another job I had to wait until Thursday for him to return to lay the floor. Once he and his guys arrived they worked hard. They hardly stopped for a drink or lunch. They were respectful of my property and worked around some of the furniture that I could not move. At the end they cleaned up as a lot of dust had been created and they moved my heavy furniture back into place. Adam goes out of his way to please.
