Radoslaw quoted the job and we were pleased with his price. He turned up when he said he would for doing the quote and for doing the job. The quote came in when he said it would. At all stages of the job he tried to save me money, and charged me less than he quoted! He is a genuinely lovely guy and a very clean worker. He caused minimal disturbance to the house even while he was working. I found him to be completely trustworthy. He repaired the floor, put down a covering of plywood, laid our new waterproof hard flooring in the bathroom (fitting both of these under the toilet and sink), fitted a new bath panel, used silica as appropriate, and tidied up! Great job. We are so happy with it. We are going to use him again.

I will give 5 stars but will note that at times sometimes there were some delays in communicating (nothing that is necessarily anyone’s fault) so that’s something to work in future. But the work was absolutely superb. Fast, efficient and I ended up with a beautifully laid floor Its as close to perfect as could be. I would highly recommend this tradesman and will be hoping to engage them for further work
