I’ve thought long and hard over writing this review first off nick us very hard working polite and friendly but unfortunately the reviews are about the work carried out Nick laid 3 bedrooms and a bathroom the flooring supplied washing good quality he also put in new skirting boards in bedrooms and lounge Nick finished and on first glances it looked great and I paid him However when I went to put the bathroom items back I noticed 3 cracked tiles in a bathroom done 6 months ago I advised nick straight away he said he didn’t notice and I sent him pictures needs to get a tiler and plumber in to repair the cracked tiles as radiator and toilet needed to come off all the floor joints in the bathroom were coming apart and also one in my bedroom nick said he would return to repair the floor and finish skirting on landing he didn’t return as cancelled the appointment refunded £398 tiles brought to attention 30 mins after leaving job only asked for refund as refused to return

Caught out by a previous bad experience I turned to Theo to help me fix it! He understood my dilemma and gave me a quotation for the work and proceeded to supply me with detailed photos keeping me updated on all progress he made even when I wasn’t able to be on site. His attitude and attention to detail is outstanding and he’s a very nice person to work with and what was quite a stressful situation that I faced. He used his initiative throughout the process when it was needed leaving me with a very satisfactory end result. It’s been more than a year since the laminate flooring had been installed by Andy. I am very pleased with the work done and have had no problems with the flooring. Andy’s been very professional: on time, very meticulous in his work and great attention to the detail. I’ve told him that I would dispose the old carpet. I expected big and tall rolls of carpet. He cut the carpet in small lengths and secured it with tape. Those roll fitted well into my small car so I could take them to the tip. He was very kind to do other small carpentry jobs around the house which were done to perfection.
