We needed an internal wall removed and David came to our house at short notice to view the job. His team was professional and they did the job within the agreed time frame and cost. They even left the skip they used for us to add our waste to and informed us that the bricks the walls were made of were valuable and could be resold. I'm very satisfied with the job. I would thoroughly recommend David and his team.

I chose Peter from a group of 3 builders who came to look at the job. Peter's quotation and scheduling were both very comprehensive and precise. Moreover, he has rigorously stuck to both. Most importantly ( for me anyway) the standard of Peter's work is exceptionally high, he attends to every little detail- clearly he is a perfectionist!. He is also a very creative thinker who will always come up with a solution to any of the those little issues that arise during building work. He is clearly very highly qualified and competent. He is also very thoughtful and considerate of the family and does his utmost to avoid disruption and mess as best he can. I had a kitchen extension built - whilst still having to use the original kitchen - and with the use of temporary walls and screens, Peter ensured I was still able to use it. I would highly recommend Peter for any building project you might be considering. Another point of interest , all of the other trades that came in ( electricians, plumbers etc) all said that they really liked working with Peter because they know that when he makes arrangements, they can take those timings to the bank ! All in all, first class work, service and commitment. Highly recommended.

The workman came to the house to see the work he would be taking on, nothing was a problem. Once the job had been given to him, he did not have suitable tools to carry out the work he had undertaken. Parts of skirting were left rather than cutting around what was required and the miters were not as square as they could be. The job was also left for 2 days while he attended another job leaving us with 3 rooms full of furniture from the living room that we were waiting to put back. Also, the finishing touches such as cutting and rehanging doors and re-tucking existing carpets were not done and left as an additional expense to us. We feel this should have been communicated during the visit and quote. One of the things we were most dissatisfied with is the adhesive that was used to bond the skirting was so strong, it permeated the house for a week. When we looked closer at the tube, it was for outdoor areas or well-ventilated areas only. I would say the standard of work is that of a handyman, not a professional floor fitter.

I cannot praise both Zach and Steve high enough. After initial contact through myBuilder.com Zach made contact the same day. Also on the same evening, he and Steve popped in to take the measurements and talk things through. On the SAME EVENING I received the quote. (I have struggled with others for a phone call, let alone a visit, measure up and a quote within hours) Once the work was agreed and a deposit paid, the boys were here for 3 days, on time every time and got the job done to a very high standard with a few challenges thrown in. They approached the challenges head on and all resolved with no fuss to me, the client. Both are very polite and extremely clean when working. During and at the end of the working day they will regularly vacuum the working area to ensure there is minimal dust and dirt. Without doubt, I will be inviting Zach and Steve back to carry out more work. Thank you very much!
