As a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of working with multiple builders. I can confidently say Jonny is one of the best small builder that I have worked with. Having reconfigured my kitchen, he’s multi skilled with saved me the hassle of calling in different trades. This was an awkward job, working in tight spaces with very little room for error and Jonny nailed it, from rewiring, plumbing, reinstalling quooket tap, new plug sockets and extraction unit - he did it all. Jonny stuck to his quote and didn’t try to play the usual builders games, and where I asked for more work to be done, we agreed a reasonable price through a clear add and omit schedule. He is one of very few builders who would actually omit costs for works that was not completed without a fight. With all his skills I am most impressed with Jonny’s genuine desire to do a job and ethical conduct. I’m happy to act as a reference for any perspective customer.
