Job was ok wasn’t happy wanted to pay by card but had to arrange a bank transfer. Was told card payment would be ok before the job was done once job was completed was refused card payment. Rado was reliable and prompt with communication. He worked solidly and took a lot of care with all aspects of the job - stripping, sanding, filling, staining and varnishing. Removed carpet, grippers and skirting in order to lay new laminate flooring. Job done to an extremely high standard and would not hesitate using Lewis's services again. I've worked for a high-end kitchen fitting company to learn my trade. The work I do has been mainly finishing work, consisting of fitting kitchens, doors, hardwood flooring, decking, staircases and custom wardrobes.
Graeme did an excellent job removing our existing tiled floor and laying down a new engineered wooden floor that seamlessly ties in with the existing one in our kitchen / dining area. He was pleasant, punctual, and offered various cost options upfront, depending on the amount of work involved. He arrived on time and completed the job as promised. He was great to deal with, kept everything exceptionally clean despite the messy nature of the job, and I would certainly use him again. There were so many tricky areas to get around and nothing was too much trouble. Craig had a solution for everything and worked really quickly and and is an absolute pro. We are blown away. Such a lovely guy too, a real pleasure to chat with. Craig tidied everything up before he left which we have planned to do ourselves and he is so knowledgeable in his area of work and gave us some excellent advice too. Craig's quote was by far the best and made if affordable for us to go ahead with the work and great comms throughout.
