  Sam Butler is a very pleasant young man. He responded to my request the same day, priced the job the next day which was a Friday, started Monday and finished Tuesday. He also did tiling in an awkward area, fitted skirting boards in living room and hallway, all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this builder, he also covers all aspects of building work and also obtained a carpet fitter. Very pleased with the work done. Linda Hughes.
