I would not recommend this installer. We hired him for labour only to install a click laminate floor, but the installation was done poorly. After just one day, gaps started appearing between the planks. After two weeks, some areas have openings up to 0.5 cm and pieces are moving, which should not happen with a properly installed click floor. The issue is workmanship, not material. Finishing around radiators and doors is very rough, with no care for walls. Tools used were not adequate (faulty cutter, no dust extraction). We had to provide our own cutter, vacuum and even glue to complete the job. We had already installed the underlay, yet 50 sqm took 3 days with a poor result. We paid in full based on a promise he would return, but he never did and refused responsibility. I gave him the chance to fix it, but he refused.
