Came to fit Lino in Kitchen and left bubbles in the flooring, when asked to correct mistake he was very defensive, he finished the floor with silicone that looks like it was the first time applying it. When questioned and asked to fix the mistakes made he was very rude and told me that each professional has their own way of doing things, after informing that I will discount part of the payment for what is very poor workmanship he told me not to pay anything very rudely and left. This person has no right calling themself a professional!! Possibly the worst experience, very rude and unprofessional.

The guys who came on the day to install worked really hard and we are over the moon with the end result! There were a very tricky bends in the stair and they took time to make it look good with our standard (rather than bespoke) carpet.
