The service provided by Laszlo has been nothing short of a nightmare! Firstly, the measurements that were taken by lazlo were completely incorrect, which resulted in the flooring not fitting properly. when the mistake was realised lazlo never bothered to inform me directly about this! The person lazlo sent out with the wrong measurements. Wasn’t able to complete the job due to the error. The rescheduled date for the floor to be refitted which was agreed on by the floor fitter never happened as he never turned up. This meant another day was wasted again! When I argued that this was unacceptable the response I got was : “Either you or the 1st floor fitter is a liar “ and stated that no one promised me that they would come on the agreed date. "who doesn’t make a mistake I have about 20-30 customers to deal with every day.” I'm sorry if I didn't take care more about your case." The conduct of Laszlo during the fitting process was extremely unprofessional. He was extremely rude, and used derogative insulting language, and called me “ a special case” ! When the floor was fitted the mess such as glue cans were just thrown on the floor and left behind. Additionally, I was shocked by the complete lack of apology or acknowledgement for the inconvenience caused by Laszlos mistakes. It was as if he believed that his actions were acceptable, and this left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with lazlos company's level of customer service.Latest review:Carpets & Lino-
