Avoid at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. We signed a contract in July 2025 for work scheduled to begin in the first week of August and complete by the end of September, with an agreed cost of £32,000. Not only did the project fail to meet the deadline, but it dragged on until November — and even then, it was nowhere near properly completed. Yes, the scope of work increased during the project, and I paid extra for the additional agreed tasks. By the end of November, Andrew had taken a total of £45,000 from me. However, the actual value of the work delivered was nowhere close to that — approximately £35,000 at best — and even that was unfinished, poorly executed, and below acceptable standards. Andrew is extremely disorganised and consistently untruthful. Promises were repeatedly broken. Deadlines were ignored. Communication was unreliable. While he was always quick t

Came out to quote for making loft hatch slightly longer very professional, measured up and gave me a quote there and then I told him I had a few more quotes to do and that I would get back to him. He was really reasonable so on the Saturday I emailed him to say that he could have the job. He emailed literally straight back to say he could do it Monday at 2:00. He turned up on Monday on time. Did everything within 2 hours and tidied up after himself. Very professional. Very nice young man who I would get in again if I needed anything else doing I'm over the moon. For some reason it's making it very awkward for me to show photos

I had one of my best experiences with James. He was very thorough, taking the time to assess what needed to be done, explain the reasoning behind it, and then provide the right solution. He completed an under stairs cupboard installation that I’m extremely pleased with. He also reinforced the supports for my garden sleepers and converted a standard door into a sliding door. He is extremely professional—at times you wouldn’t even know he was working in the house. I’m very happy with the work completed and would highly recommend him.
