We paid in full for floorboards with insulation, but the work was incredibly disappointing. Despite paying for insulation, several areas were left without it and the under floorboards was left dirty, with stones and debris all over. The floorboards themselves are poorly installed, with noticeable misalignment and uneven sections throughout. There are ups and downs everywhere, making the whole floor feel unfinished and unprofessional. We deeply regret choosing him for this job, as the quality is far below what we expected.

I completely lost faith in builders but Robert has totally restored it. I contracted him to do a hand rail and stairs, his level of professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail has meant that he has was given tasks to fit my engineered wood floor, skirting, doors and architraves for my entire house. I have since also added fitting my kitchen to the list and designing fittings for storage under my stair case and front room. I would highly Robert to my friends, family and to you because he is a man of his word and he takes pride in doing excellent work. He is one I believe of very few in his trade that places himself in the shoes of his clients.
