I had a very disappointing experience with this contractor. The flooring job I hired him for was never completed — more than half of the work was left undone. I paid him in full because I trusted him to finish the job as promised. I also purchased enough flooring materials to complete the project, but they were mismanaged and ended up not being enough. I ordered additional flooring, which arrived in September, and asked him to come back to finish the job. He said he would return in October, but after following up, he delayed again and said he wouldn’t be available until December or January. At that point, I asked for a refund so I could hire someone else to complete the flooring, but he refused, saying he understood how I felt but wouldn’t return the money and would only do the work when he “got the chance.” I’m extremely disappointed — I paid a large amount of money for a service that was never completed, and I’ve been left with an unfinished floor and unnecessary stress.

Very happy with the work Dan and Gavin have done for us. During the job one or two things presented them with some unforeseen challenges but they weren't phased at all. They were extremely polite, worked from 8 until 5, hardly downing tools all throughout the day and cleared and removed all waste when they were finished. All work was finished to a high standard and within the estimated time. What more can you ask.

Amazing result thanks to Richard and his team, and coordinating with the kitchen manufacturer. Knocked through to the dining room and opened the kitchen with the old utility room. Advised us to change our plans on several occasions, which have all proved to be the best decisions, including blocking up the old doorway that gave us better room around the island. All finishes to an excellent standard across building, plumbing, carpentry, electrics, and decoration. Highly recommended.
