Richard went above and beyond with the final shelf, even adding additional features to make installing the speakers a breeze. I recently hired Chris on Ly to carry out a number of jobs in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. He fixed my kitchen cabinet, broke down a load-bearing wall, closed up some doors, did plastering, repaired my radiator, and completed lots of other bits around the house to a very high standard. Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain things clearly, worked efficiently, and showed real attention to detail in everything he did. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a tradesman who combines great skill with such a friendly and considerate attitude, and Chris is definitely one of them. I will absolutely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Charlie is friendly and good at his job. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the job. He helped us to get rid of the doors instead of getting a skip at half of the price. Not the cheapest quote we had but it was worth paying the bit extra for a really good job. The only issue we had was the job was started but not enough materials were ordered so we had to wait 10 days until the job could be completed. We delayed by one day due to us having to go to hospital at short notice. We all worked together though and agreed that these things happen sometimes. We would happily pass Charlies number on to friends and family and will be keeping his number. Thank you Charlie for all of your hard work. We are really pleased with your work. Take care of yourself.
