What can we say about Regal Construction Ltd.... Bobby and his team of Louis and Ricky have been exceptional throughout. From the first meeting with Bobby we knew he would do a fantastic job. Flexible and helpful planning a new driveway and patio and full of ideas to help us along the journey. Bobby is without doubt the hardest working tradesman we've encountered after multiple renovation jobs over the last 5 years. Skilled, driven and professional. Arrived early each day and left late despite a long commute home. The guys were all brilliant. Friendly, polite and hard working. Clean workers, tidying away daily and great communication. We plan on having an extension next year and without doubt will be requesting this team do the work. We love our new drive and patio. Thank you guys for all your brilliant work. Great attention to detail and very tidy as well! He kept in constant contact, keeping us updated with progress and any issues that arose, which he was immediately able to solve. A really measured and logical approach to all elements of the job; nothing felt slap-dash or ‘just do’, as we had experienced previously with other carpenters. The results are wonderful. From start to finish an amazing service and would highly recommend. When I first posted the job the discussion I had with Wai was very professional and all questions asked got answered well within 24 hours. When the team arrived they where incredibly polite and respectful of my house and family and arrived on time. Instead of going straight into the job they spent the time to check everything out and confirm with me what I wanted doing and also the price to be paid. This was very reassuring as I had requested a couple of changes during the process all of which got confirmed and quoted for during this discussion. The team worked very well together and finished both jobs within 3 hours including tidying up and remove all waste from the property. The end result 100% met my expectations and I honestly only have postive things to say. I will definitely be using Wai and the team again.
