After posting my first ever job add to My Builder App for installing my staircase handrail on 3rd of November 2025 Ayrton Brown responded and visited my home on the same day evening. He took his measurements and gave me the final quote and I agreed. He told me he was busy with his existing project however, he could manage to come on Wednesday evening (5 Nov.) to complete that little task. Later he rescheduled it on 12th of November in the afternoon. When I texted him to remind his today job he surprisingly told me he is unable to do this task as he is busy! After waiting over a week, this is so disappointing as I refused few other interested trades persons for my add. Ayrton Brown wasted my valuable time with his absolute unprofessional manner. Please think twice before deploying this guy for any task if you don’t want to put yourself down.
