He is also tidy, polite and very reliable - always turns up when he says he will. Flashing was completed, and hopefully to a good enough standard to fix the problem. A random amount was added to the final invoice, when questioned, couldn’t clarify what this was for and was removed. Didn’t carry out some of the work we paid for, and said ‘health and safety issues’ were costed into the quote. Took one day as opposed to the two invoiced for.

Matt and his son turned up when he said they would they were very efficient and tidied up afterwards. Treated the rot when it was discovered and matched the Gallows bracket perfectly to the other, replaced the soffit and cleaned up and painted the other side so they both looked to the same. It took only 2 days to complete. He let me see and discuss the steps all the way so I was fully informed as to what was happening. Great job I will definitely be using him again.
