I can't say enough good things about Kay ...shes absolute perfection...so talented with an artistic eye for what looks good and what doesn't..she helped Me no end with decisions and goes over and beyond to get work perfect..I'm so proud of my ceiling rose which she carved to fit the light..a really tricky job...I had this horrible patchy ceiling and now it's perfection..she even offered to go to the shops with me to help me decide on a paint colour...not needed in the end but Kay and her amazing staff are a pleasure to have around...if I had the money I'd start her immediately on the rest of the house... however I'm starting her on my kitchen next ! Book Kay guys if you're looking for the best !!!

I consider the finished result to be sub-standard for the higher price that I paid. Which was £575 for one INSTALLATION ONLY of a fire door. Even when I purchased the fixings myself the quote was not reduced fairly and despite sharing a pictures and explaining requirements in-person there was constant need for reconfirmation. I didn’t get the work done as I wanted and now struggle to turn the handle or use the mortice lock as it’s too close to the frame and combined rather than give me the three individual parts requested.
