I hired George and Andrei to refurbish a difficult and a severely damaged wooden and block wall of a living room in one of my rental properties, they both showed great competence and commitment in getting the job done in timely and efficient manner. They are honest, professional, went above and beyond to deliver a great result on a tight budget and fair charge. I’m also amazed about their knowledge in many aspects of building work (carpentry, interior decor, painting, plumbing, tiling etc). Worst job ever. The first day he came at 10.30am started the job left at 9pm said it would take a day & a half. The next day he said he would be here at 8.30am again he came at 10.30am & his words were I’m going to finish in 2 hours maximum. By 3pm he still hadn’t finished & I heard him speaking to someone on the phone saying that he would be there in 45 minutes.then he told me he needed a part for my job & he would be a couple of hours, he came back 4 hours later without a part.Again he was here till 9.30pm. He said he had finished. I went to look and his work was bad. I complained he said he would come back the next day. the next he said he had finished & I told him I wasn’t happy he came back the next day. He tidied up his mistakes.he shaved the bottom of the door off a bit as it wouldn’t close coz of the new tiles & he left, as he was leaving he said please give me a good review. I said I’ll tell the truth & he said but the truth isn’t good. He didn’t stick the threshold back on.

Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Cannot recommend Arash highly enough. Patio needed attention as did some brickwork including rebuilding a step onto a lower patio. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard and Arash worked solidly throughout and when I added another job it was no problem he was more than happy to add this and to complete at the same time. Absolutely terrible experience & poor workmanship The only thing that this guys was worried about it’s the money , 0 f….k given about the quality. He build 2.5m tall sliding doors on 12mm mdf board & when I warned him that this door it’s not ok like this , it will bend over quickly, he’s reply was : no once it’s painted it will get stronger. What a joke what a cowboy. Now the doors on the other wardrobes are bend over & I’ve been trying to get this sorted asap, by trying to get this sorted , but this guy seems like has no intention to get back to me. I’ve given him time until the end of the week , If he don’t get back to me , I ll be left with no choice by take legal actions Be careful before you decide to work with this guy , I’m not saying that they’re not good , but I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely stunning work. We hired them for a TV unit that would separate our living and dining. We had a vision or design in our mind we created on ChatGPT which we shared with them and they collaborated gave ideas and told what was possible and created something that worked to our budget. End result was way better than what we had visualised. All credit to their patient listening and quality craftsmanship. Highly recommended and we are now looking to get our kitchen also refurbished with them.
