Gordon and Jo smartened up our barn exactly as we had hoped and wanted. They ensured a splendid upgrading of both the barn’s appearance and its ability to withstand strong winds and rain. They had clearly looked ahead and taken everything into account. At no point did we need to intervene. They also included in their work some very pleasing professional finishing touches - like inverted finials, matching timber trimming, and some effective additional paintwork. From beginning to end Gordon and Jo were very pleasant people to interact with. A quotation was provided promptly, the work was begun on the date agreed, and they finished the job when they expected to. We were also delighted to find that they had cleaned up well and left everything tidy and orderly. Highly recommended.

I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.
