I messaged a week before he was due to carry out the work and he confirmed everything was on, only for him to cancel 3 days before. Rearranged for him to come today (2nd May 2026) and he’s not turned up. Got a message at 8:30 saying he’ll be delayed. I’ve waited and he’s not turned up. I’ve messaged and no reply. Finally had to give in and tell him the job is no longer his. Joynul came with lots of high rated reviews and perhaps I’ve been unlucky on this occasion. But we’ll never know how good he is at doing his job.

What an amazing find on MyBuilder. Having lost faith in many trades over the years, with individuals and businesses promising the world and not delivering or wanting to add never-ending additional charges, Nicu from Lex Way Service was a total breath of fresh air. From the initial quotation and over a couple of iterations, Nicu gave his advice and costed the project realistically for the work and materials required. He and his team are very conscientious and nothing is too much trouble. We are delighted with the outcome, which included laying 50 sq/m of Indian sandstone (on proper foundations that others have skimped on), laying 2 further smaller patios, edging flower beds and filling with mulch, and then finally repairing an area of block-paved driveway and jet washing the whole large area (200+ sq/m). I would highly recommend Lex Way for landscaping and groundworks. Nicu is super trustworthy and I look forward to having him and his team back for future projects.

His quote was very competitive adding items other quotes didn't consider like venting Mark understood this was a very personal project and when I changed a few things half way through dealt with them with ease and without adding massive cost More over Mark is just an absolute gent who had to put up with a hungover me pestering him for banter when he worked on a couple of Saturdays.
