Ryan has done a wonderful job replacing x2 internal doors. He sourced the doors and handles from what I had asked for. He is really decent, communication is brilliant, kept us updated at each stage, was very tidy, even offered to cut up our old doors to help us dispose. Ultimately professional and polite and did a lovely job. Would absolutely hire again and would recommend.

I understand things happen but takes a minute to send a message so I didn’t have to stay in. I responded because you lied that you didn’t have your phone when you picked up early afternoon to speak about another job to someone my husband John recommended. Came over on short notice which was great. Unfortunately I think he was very rushed and didn't complete the job to a high standard. The floor board he replaced flexed and creaked and upon inspecting it wasn't supported well enough. Nice guy, I reckon I caught him on an off day and sure he could've done better with more time

We hired Dean for plastering and tiling our bathroom. Dean came out to review what was required and provided a break down quote quickly. His prices were fair and we appreciated that he was honest in what could and couldn't be done. Throughout the job he was clear on what times and days he could work and was always on time. He cleaned up after himself and never left a mess. The plastering work completed was done quickly and to a high standard, especially impressive when there was a large hole in the bathroom wall from the plaster blowing. We also hired Dean to complete the tiling of metro tiles for us, again the work was completed to a high standard and we are really pleased with the results. The wall (as with all Portsmouth houses) isn't level or straight! We trusted Dean to be left in the house alone and would definitely hire him again.

His communication has been excellent throughout despite having to answer a constant stream of questions from some very demanding leaseholders at times!
