Replaced an old wooden fence for us with a brick wall, got rid of an old driveway light for us and doing us a favour with an old internet cable (yet to be done at some point when Michael gets a chance). Michael is lovely and easy to get on with, his work is amazing. The transformation is great and very much needed. He did everything exactly as asked and even advised on future issues with our tarmac drive not having a subbase.

We hired Floyd Building Services in January to remove the rear chimney stack in our terraced property. As promised, the bulk of the work took about a week, and whilst it is by nature an incredibly messy, dusty job, the team did a great job of keeping the dust contained as much as possible, and cleaned up neatly after themselves. We are very pleased with how they endeavoured to match skirting boards, cupboard trims and molding in the areas where the chimney breast removal left gaps. Following this work, they also rendered the back of our property with K-Rend. Jay did a good job of the drainage in our garden, it was not an easy job and had to be amended after a days work due to it not working correctly.
