We tasked ash to fit skirting boards upstairs and also beading on our hallway & bedroom wardrobe. The beading in the hallway was only part completed, with the smaller section of the hallway being missed completely and the returns on the dado rails were also not done. Ash recognised he had missed these and said he’d be back to sort them. He returned to do the missed section and returns of the dado rails into the door frames but then did the return on the left side and not the right side which was odd. We contacted him to inform him of this and not he just hasn’t responded. Upon finer inspection of the work he’s completed, it’s not great, there are quite a few pins that aren't fully in the wood and part hanging out and there are some that are bunched up. This is very poor finishing work and definitely not how it should have been left. Most of the skirting boards are ok but there are a couple of ends that are not fixed to the wall but we sorted this ourselves in the end.

Fantastic job installing our herringbone flooring across the entire ground floor. Rumen’s workmanship was excellent, and the finish looks amazing. He also has a great personality – friendly, easy to talk to, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing as he went along. We had some great conversations and a good laugh during the process, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We are super happy with the work Mark did for us in just one day. He built a pergola that looks amazing and was finished to a very high standard. I really appreciated his craftsmanship and eye for detail — he even designed and shaped the ends of the beams himself, and they look absolutely great, making a huge difference to the final look. The pergola was not easy to build in the space we had, but from the start Mark knew exactly how to make it work, which is why we chose him. He also anticipated perfectly the spacing I wanted between the beams and the overall look I was hoping for. You could immediately see that he really knew what he was doing. Everything was completed exactly when he said it would be and within the agreed budget. A really great professional — highly recommend!
