This is going to be a slightly different type of review. It’s going to come in 2 different parts ( job paused due to necessary involvement of other services) Part 1. On day 1 when I made contact to obtain a quotation this company demonstrated a polite friendly and professional manner there is a family vibe with Gemma (Lee’s wife) dealing with the administrative side which leaves Lee free to provide the quotations. Lee is a very thorough talented carpenter and also displays excellent time keeping/ / very clean and tidy work area / he explains everything ensuring that you understand & are happy. Lee has had to pause work due to issues my end which he is being patient with despite it being a disruption for him. Both Gemma& Lee are being very helpful. So part 2 to follow when work resumes but so far this company is very impressive?

Having my new kitchen fitted by Mark has been a fantastic experience. He is a very pleasant, clean and tidy worker. And I'm chuffed to bits. I would highly recommend him. He also hand-built my new fencing which looks fab. I'll definitely be in touch with him again to get my new bathroom done in the New year.

Professional and polite, amazing guy who went above and beyond. Not an easy banisters replacement as theres not a right angle in the house. Unfortunately, I have had to edit the rating. Our bannisters broke as wasn't secured properly. Over the past few weeks we have messaged, what's app'd and called with a promise ill get back to you to get it fixed. He is now not picking up the phone calls. After service care is not great, so will not be hiring again.

Ian was absolutely excellent, first class. I'm always a little bit apprehensive about using somebody I've never worked with for the first time, and this was a tricky problem which was difficult to diagnose. From the moment Ian arrived on site, I felt comfortable that he really knew what he was talking about and really cared about getting the resolution that I needed. It's fair to say that watching Ian work is a little bit like watching a magician work. Quite how he worked out where the leak was in our field is a little bit beyond me, but he absolutely nailed it, was able to solve a problem that nobody else was able to solve, and then went above and beyond, spending many hours on the phone with the local water authority to get my problem issued, get people out to site and diagnose and admit fault. Ian did all of this without any prompting from me and kept me informed and up to date at all times. He's a super nice guy too. I couldn't recommend Ian more.

Very happy with the work Dan and Gavin have done for us. During the job one or two things presented them with some unforeseen challenges but they weren't phased at all. They were extremely polite, worked from 8 until 5, hardly downing tools all throughout the day and cleared and removed all waste when they were finished. All work was finished to a high standard and within the estimated time. What more can you ask.
