We had a really positive experience with Joe and the team at Design Build Manage and would highly recommend them. From the outset, the quotation was excellent — very clear, detailed and easy to understand, with a full breakdown of the works and a sensible staged payment schedule. This gave us a lot of confidence going into what was a fairly substantial project. Joe was very hands-on throughout and was on site most days. Communication was always clear and responsive, and we always felt we knew what was happening and what the next stage of the project would be. The whole team were incredibly friendly and considerate, particularly as we were living at the property throughout the works with young children and a dog. They were always respectful of our home, tidy and genuinely pleasant to have around. The project did run a few weeks beyond the original schedule, but this was largely due to unforeseen circumstances that arose during the build, and we were kept informed throughout.
