We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. Great experience from start to finish - I contacted several people and nick was far and above the most professional efficient and responsive. And a realistic price. As a landlord He kept me up to date and sent photos at the end of each day and did a fantastic job. A few unexpected things were sorted straight away with no hesitation. We found DSW Landscapes to be totally reliable, professional, honest and hardworking. We hired them to fix various storm damage we had to fences, summer house etc and must say they responded quickly and efficiently. Whilst they may not be the cheapest you will find, they produced a very high standard of work. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Luca and his team were superb all the way through and handled the job brilliantly. From the initial quote, Luca was warm and friendly and gave me every confidence in the project. My precise needs and requirements were evaluated before anything happened, and Luca came up with some great ideas to maximise the result of the build. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates on progress. The final result was outstanding, I couldn't be any happier! Excellent quality workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. Luca's team are so good to work with, Walter was an absolute pleasure and was incredibly kind and respectful (I have a young daughter and nothing noisy was done during nap times!). The project cost stayed exactly to quote too. I hope to work with GS Build & Design again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Stephen did a great job. He installed the new spindles, newel post, base rail, hand rail on the stairs and also the skirting in the bedrooms. He and his colleague Adam arrived on time and both did a clean job and did exactly what I was expecting. The price was also very competitive. There were also few other small issues which I told them last moment after he finished the main job like doors not closing properly so needed to be trimmed, one small boxing to cover the water pipes etc, he did all of them quickly at a very reasonable price. I would recommend him.
