Ryan from SBG Services was listed on the 'MyBuilder' recommendation site and he came to my house to do a full site inspection and quote for repairs to my garden ground surface and then overlay it all with AstroTurf. I already had lots of samples from artificial grass companies and (typical me) had chosen the best quality/highest price product so wanted it at a competitive price as the company who make it had given a very high quote to fit it without the necessary ground surface repair. Ryan was extremely friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted and even offered a suggestion to improve the ground surface before laying the grass to provide the best fit. He also advised that he could obtain the relevant grass at trade price so his quote was favourable. He provided a company brochure with impressive examples of his work and so I asked him to proceed. On the day Ryan and his colleague turned up promptly at 9am and got straight to work taking out all rotten ground and replacing with new material and a concrete lintel to support the edges (his improvement suggestion). Once the ground was completely repaired, clear and solid they then laid the turf and allowed me to choose the direction of the pile to give the best visual effect. Overall, Ryan & Sbg Services were professional, friendly and showed real expertise - they fully satisfied the brief I gave them and I am delighted with the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to RECOMMEND Ryan for further landscaping work.

I hired Refomalawn in September to landscape my garden which included clearing the overgrown garden, removing a tree, laying 15 sqm of Patio including a drain cover, laying a 10m path to the back of the garden and putting down some turf. Jorden's communication and quotation was professional and he was alaways willing to accomodated any late changes to the scope. When his team arrived to the do the work they were on time every day, really friendly and willing to give advice when decisons had to be made and cleaned up after themselves everynight. The work was complete in a just over a week and Jorden also came round on a Saturday to to complete snagging and final touches. I was very happy with the work done by Reformalawn and would recommend them.

Stephen did a great job. He installed the new spindles, newel post, base rail, hand rail on the stairs and also the skirting in the bedrooms. He and his colleague Adam arrived on time and both did a clean job and did exactly what I was expecting. The price was also very competitive. There were also few other small issues which I told them last moment after he finished the main job like doors not closing properly so needed to be trimmed, one small boxing to cover the water pipes etc, he did all of them quickly at a very reasonable price. I would recommend him.

We had 2 balconies that had caused problems with leaking since day one. Ian was very positive about sealing the leaks. Ian recommended a glass fibre finish and renewing the boards underneath he gave a quote which he kept to :):) The time went over a little bit simply because it was a bit more difficult than envisaged removing the old boarding, overall very happy with the result, thanks. Tested by horizontal rain and 60mph+ winds, does the work Ian did leak.......No ..at last :):):) Will I use them again .........Yes definitely:):):)
