What a great experience we had with Louis. He is honest and gets the job done efficiently with great attention to detail. He did such a good job with our terrace. We had some problems that really needed a professional solution and Louis planned and executed it brilliantly. Asen acted promptly on receipt of being shortlisted and came to the house within 2 hours to assess what was required. He suggested other (better) ways of fitting some items and which surfaces we should consider attaching some things to. He did all the actual work in one day, despite the fact he did not finish work until 7pm. He was meticulous in his work and very careful not to cause any damage to our new home. We will have no hesitation in using his company again.
