I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

Scott is punctual, very polite, knows his job really well. He came promptly after a courtesy call and completed the job to the fullest satisfaction. He made sure we are happy with the outcome and very friendly. I would highly recommend Scott for TV mounting, any unit assembly from flat box packing, fixing and installation and brick works. Lee was amazing, my kitchen was fitted with all new doors, cupboards and end panels and fitted my worktop, hood, and all appliances. Such a professional job. Lovely guy, he even collected my worktop as the company I ordered it from missed the delivery! Have called him back recently to fit my tiles and splash back, (he even showed me how to change my toilet seat!) Definitely will be calling him again and recommending him to family and friends. Reasonable rates too.

Dean has done an amazing job re-flooring the ground floor of our property (about 50m2). He completed the job in just under 4 days and did the work to very high standards. Dean came early in the mornings to allow my 4 year old to watch him work, he was a pleasure to be around, very courteous and always kept his word. He gave us a quote which was much lower than other flooring companies. I would highly recommend Dean. We love our new wooden floor, it's elegant and looks stunning.
