Words cannot express how overjoyed I am at the quality work John and his team did in my garden. They installed fencing, gate, slabs (Raj Green Indian sandstone) and fake grass. John came a gave me a quote which we agreed on. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I got. He and his team are very friendly and easy to talk to. He was professional and worked extremely hard at getting the job completed to a high standard. He was clean and even did extra by putting wood over my neighbours fence. Every morning they arrived on time. All rubbish was cleared away and taken to the dump. When I needed an extra panel of fencing he drove to Kent to try and find the same one. He and his team stayed on the job until it was completed. He constantly checked that I was happy with what they were doing and explained things as they went along. He suggested that I look at the sandstone at the local builders yard, as he wanted me to be happy with the colour. Once everything was finished he cleared up and moved my large plant pots back into the garden and even put up a little plaque on my fence. I am so looking forward to using my garden!! I am hoping to use John again and my neighbours have commented on how beautiful my garden is and congrats on such an excellent job. I wish I could post a photo. Doda and his team are very professional, hard working he has done fantastic job not just on the front porch, which looks perfect and in keeping with our Victorian house features. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we kept finding other projects including a new front garden (designing, removing old slabs, levelling, tiling , picking up all materials for us), repositioning front gate. Than we moved to fixing wall in the back garden with a new decking top and removing old brick bbq and tiding up the whole garden. Doda also painted our kitchen, which had some serious cracks and the quality of this work is outstanding. Than we had new rose ceilings and new lights in some rooms. We are so happy with the quality of the work that we keep finding jobs for Doda. We also feel that Doda is a very flexible and understanding and absolutely lovely person to know as we enjoyed the chats and feel we got to know him and he us. Highly recommended, thank you Doda and your worker.

We chose SWLBC to refurbish a two-bedroom flat. This entailed complete redecoration, replacement of the flooring with a new engineered wood floor, moving old and installing new electrical sockets and light switches, running some new piping and replacing the heating system with a more modern and efficient one. The quote from SWLBC was very competitive and we are really happy with the quality of the work. The flat is transformed and it looks terrific. Ben Toone who is the proprietor of the company is very professional and helpful. He was easy to contact and responded to our questions quickly and thoroughly. We met some members of his team during the works and they are hard working and competent. They also cleaned up the site beautifully after they had finished. Thank you Ben and your team. Paulo and team came to help me renovate my kitchen, they've done an amazing job on a very old kitchen with many deeply neglected issues including having been flooded several years ago. Excellent quality of work, very skillful - I am a bit of a perfectionist. They were sensitive to my budget and helped me source the best deals on units and advised me on what worktops to get and always available with advise and guidance that was honed with decades of experience. I felt they took on the job as if they were working on their own house - getting the best materials and work done within the budget. Paulo and team worked very hard and I felt they took care of every little detail, checking with me what I wanted and gave me options while pointing out the pros and cons with patience and good nature. 10 out of 10!

Great job in replacing my whole decking in the balcony, clean & tidy, and considered with the neighbors, & most importantly honest. I would highly recommend Sam, he completed the the job within the deadline and kept me informed of any adjustments accordingly. Extra charge for waste, you can either clear up yourself or pay the additional cost which is totally worth it; saves you doing the running around and taking a trip(s) to the recycle waste center!
