Very nice and polite guy. He did his job as promised. The price was fixed and job was done neatly. He tidied away all the rubbish and out back everything in order which I was very pleased with. The communication was great and everything went very well. We enjoy our garden more than before now.

They were professional and punctual, worked efficiently and were extremely knowledgeable about the materials required. Ylli completed the job within the time and to budget which we really appreciated as Ylli had squeezed us in around other jobs him and his team were completing. It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.

The project required Arnis to design and build outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and install 90 sqm porcelain floor and hot tub. It was easy to deal with the company. I described the job, they provided some ideas of how to achieve the desired outcome. Once we agreed conceptually what I wanted, company came to the property to inspect it, show some projects they have worked in the past and provided advise what would be the best for the property. Following the meeting the company sent garden blueprint in 3D format to finalise the details of the layout. Once everything was agreed the company started work on our agreed date. They were always on time, provided a helpful advice with the furniture and materials. Carried out work quickly and with good precision. Very happy with the job and if I had another garden, would hire them again!
