THIS ENGINEER WAS SENT OUT AS A 3RD PARTY TO ONE OF OR CUSTOMERS. HE THEN TRIED TO GET £250 FROM OUR CUSTOMER BY SAYING FURTHER WORKS WERE REQUIRED. THE CUSTOMER BELIEVED HE WAS QUOTING ON OUR BEHALF. HE ASKED FOR OR CUSTOMERS EMAIL TO SEND THEM THE QUOTE. HE HAS DENIED THIS TO IS ON A RECORDED MESSAGE. AS SUCH WE FEEL COMPELLED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THE KIND OF PERSON THEY ARE DEALING WITH. WE HAVE USED MANY ENGINEERS ON MY BUILDER AND SHALL USE THEM AGAIN. THIS ENGINEER IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. WE WOULD NOT HAVE LEFT THIS REVIEW IF HE HAD BEEN HONEST IN THE 1ST PLACE

Joshua is an excellent contractor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Firstly, he listened carefully to the job list and specifics, and then his workmanship has been very very good. He worked carefully, and steadily and didn't rush; which meant the job was completed with ease. Joshua installed some cabinets in the kitchen, but also completed some tiling work as a splashback which included some tricky cuts and elements. I found him to be excellent at communication; which is of paramount importance to me when project managing jobs. He always responded to whatsapp messages and my calls.
