I would highly recommend Sam, he completed the the job within the deadline and kept me informed of any adjustments accordingly. Extra charge for waste, you can either clear up yourself or pay the additional cost which is totally worth it; saves you doing the running around and taking a trip(s) to the recycle waste center!
