LGC Decorators completed the re-decoration throughout my 5 bedroom property. The guys were on time and very reliable. I didn't have any issue with their time-keeping. They did their best to keep the place clean and tidy ensuring to clear up after themselves. The quality of their work is to a high specification, I would absolutely use them again for any future painting work. They guys from LGC also spent time to explaining things to me such as the materials they were going to use and the process they would follow. I didn't come across any problems or snags, I didn't have to call them back for a single thing. I would definitely recommend LGC Decorators to other people.

Great service from Kris and his team. The fences look fantastic. They guys worked really hard and got the work done in less than 2 days. A job some tradesmen would have spun out to a week or more! They are not totally organised and did not disclose their way of working method such as establishment of access, how to dispose of the debris. The way of using parkers is not quite correct which I myself adjusted alone under the deck in the water as they are unwilling to do. They are not quite equipped with necessary tools. They did not honour their contract under which they are responsible for all the structural material but did not honour it. Also, they bought Millboards for me on the understanding I reimburse the money in return for the receipt. They did not give me the receipt but the delivery certificate with the intention to charge me an extra money in between the price they paid and the price mentioned in the website. I appreciate their difficult situation in working in the UK but anyone should be very careful of using them in every aspect. In short, they are not totally reliable, I am afraid. We hired Lee to build alcove cupboards, shelves, various boxing in & door trimming. We couldn't be happier, he takes real pride in his work and the finish he has given us is excellent. We didn't give good guidance on what type of cupboards we wanted but Lee worked with us to get a really nice style and finish. He gave lots of advice throughout the job and even on one or two other things in the home we're working on. He's very polite and tidy and just a very easy guy to have in your home. Given he only lives around the corner from us, I hope we'll be able to hire him again down the line.

Jeremy was very proactive and friendly, but ultimately didn't do as good a job as I would have expected. The brief was clear (I wanted the entire area turned over and prepared for planting) and he estimated 2 days' work. His estimate was off but instead of communicating this (and possibly re-negotiating fees) he handed over a half-finished job. While everything looked great at first glance, I still find large bricks, slabs and other debris less than 10 inches below the surface which makes planting anything into the flower borders an absolute pain. When I complained Jeremy did refund 10% of the job costs but ultimately I would have preferred a better quality of work and as a result would not chose to hire Jeremy again.
