It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.

Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. Great job in replacing my whole decking in the balcony, clean & tidy, and considered with the neighbors, & most importantly honest. I would highly recommend Sam, he completed the the job within the deadline and kept me informed of any adjustments accordingly. Extra charge for waste, you can either clear up yourself or pay the additional cost which is totally worth it; saves you doing the running around and taking a trip(s) to the recycle waste center!
