The carpenter dropped the job in the middle of works undertaken and left us with a totally dusty house. Particularly microdust is really unhealthy and Daniel and his colleauge simply left us with the dust. I had to go and stay in a hotel because it is so dirty and filthy. They also made stains on the walls and over hundred year olf antique furniture was stained, alongside microdust everwhere. The job was not completed. Daniel walked away without giving any notice. I cannot recommend this carpenter. He left without giving any notice, he did not treat my house with respect and he did not adequately protect the furniture, walls and floor. He also uses old machinery that sprays dust around, I understand there are sanding machines that collect the dust internally, but Daniel does not have such a machine. When I feared that we could be exposed to lead from old paint he dismissed my health concern without undertaking adequate health checks and said 'he does not smell any leak.' Seriously?

Klaudio is a great guy, I had, what for many people would be a tricky decking job - remove all the existing hardwood decking boards (most with corroded screws), rebuild the frame with concrete based posts and weather treated joists; and then replace the decking boards as they were. The deck is an uneven shape with various holes cut for trees, etc, so it's not a straight forward job. Klaudio and his colleague did the whole thing in four days. He arrived on time, did a full day's work and was unfailingly positive and helpful. He supplied all the materials and took everything away at the end leaving the place tidier than he found it. I defy anyone to do a better job. I'm masively impressed and very happy with my triumphantly resurrected deck.

I wanted my porcelain tiled decking which was becoming loose and unstable from the ply sheet underneath therefore I put an ad on my builder to replace that with composite decking boards and had few responses however after looking at the reviews and pictures of the work completed by respective builders I selected nice. Nic came around and gave me a quote which was agreed mutually. I brought all thr materials and agreed a date with Nic. He came early in the morning and continueed with he work until completion. He worked hard and did a great job of a good quality and to high standards. Very pleased with his job. I would recommend him highly of u r looking for a good tradesman in his area of expertise.

Very well organised. Lists clearly scope items when developing quotation. Very clean at site and highly skilled. The patio decking came out to be very neat with evident workmanship. I also asked him to repair a damaged and cracked brick partition wall which he completed beautifully. I would definitely hire Ben for future jobs.
