Sandro was awesome and did an excellent job in my garden! He removed old battered decking and fencing quickly, and installed beautiful paving stone and new fencing perfectly! He also removed a challenging tree stump as well. What I loved most was that I almost had decking reinstalled until Sandro recommended paving stone which I hadn’t even thought about! Thanks to that suggestion I ended up with an even better back garden! I’m getting LOADS of compliments on it from friends. :)) would hire again!! Shortlist Sandro! I had no issue with Mick on a personal level but the standard of his workmanship and reliability was poor. I required a series of small jobs to be done and most were either not done or done to a poor standard, sometimes due to a lack of tools. As an example, he said a toilet seat couldn’t be fitted without some brackets that needed to be purchased. However, I called the manufacturer which said all the brackets come with the seat and nothing else is needed. Also asked for the back garden paving to be jet washed but he only had a weak jet wash which didn’t do the job. He did agree to return to do the job but then didn’t show up for the agreed time. After much chasing he only replied after two months so, regrettably, I’m having to resort to lodging a claim with the small claims court.

We hired P&K to do renovations on our home including hallway decoration (plastering, painting and sanding / painting of all woodwork), decoration of a bedroom and sanding / varnishing of all our wooden floors. We are extremely happy with the work-it has been done to an incredibly high standard and the team worked round the clock to get the work finished in time for our deadline. They are extremely hard working, polite and accommodating to our changing needs. Throughout the process some additional elements of work were required (replastering ceilings) which they worked really hard to complete within the original timeframe. The team arrived on time every day and were really considerate of our furniture and the rest of our home-keeping things clean and tidy as they went and finished to a really high standard. We also received updates every day on progress and communication throughout has been fantastic. Highly recommended-we have already passed them on to some of our family and won't hesitate to come back to the team for any future work we do.
